According to reports, Lebron James who recently signed a 6-year, 110 million dollar deal with the Heat, is in the process of purchasing a $50 million dollar mansion in the Coral Gables section of Miami. The 8 bedroom/11 bathroom home was once owned by Heat coach Pat Riley and was taken off of the market shortly after Lebron’s “Decision” special aired.
According to Ozone’s estimate, mortgage payments on a property like this would likely run just under a half million dollars a month. Taxes are about $1 million per year, with an additional $150,000 for utilities
