POLICE ordered to pay back Stripper her $1 MILL in cash .....(WOW)

A stripper just won a lawsuit against Nebraska police who confiscated over $1,000,000 in $10,000 bundles tied with hair ties after a routine traffic stop.

Tara Mishra, 33, had stripped for 15 years and managed to save $1,074,000. So she gave the cash to friends to open a New Jersey nightclub. But when those friends were pulled over in Nebraska, the cops suspected the money was tied to drugs and confiscated all the cash.

This week, a judge ruled that since the police failed to find evidence of drug activity, and since a canine search revealed only trace amounts of illegal drugs on the money, the cash had to be returned.

“The government failed to show a substantial connection between drugs and the money,” U.S. District Judge Joseph Bataillon wrote. “The dog sniff is inconsequential…The court finds the Mishras’ story is credible…Ms. Mishra did have control over the money and directed the Dheris to deliver the money to New Jersey for the purchase of the business.”

Lauryn Hill sent to Jail.. 3 months

Lauryn Hill has been sentenced to three months in prison for failing to pay taxes on about $1.8 million in earnings.

The 37-year-old Fugees frontwoman appeared in a Newark courtroom on Monday where a judge handed down her sentencing. In addition to three months behind bars, she faces three additional months of home confinement followed by nine months of supervised release.

During a statement to the judge, Ms. Hill explained that it was always her intent to pay the taxes, but she was unable to during her hiatus from the music business.

“I needed to be able to earn so I could pay my taxes, without compromising the health and welfare of my children, and I was being denied that,” she told the judge.

“I was put into a system I didn’t know the nature of. … I’m a child of former slaves. I got into an economic paradigm and had that imposed on me,” she continued. “I sold 50 million units … now I’m up here paying a tax debt. If that’s not likened to slavery, I don’t know what is.”

Before the sentencing, her attorney said that she had paid more than $970,000 to satisfy the state and federal tax liabilities. She signed a new deal with Sony to help pay off some of the debt.

Over the weekend, she released a new song, “Neurotic Society,” the first release from her new label venture, Obverse Creation Music/Sony ATV.

She has until July 8 to report to prison.

Seattle Officer Punches Woman In Face, Claims Woman Was “Verbally Antagonistic”

The Seattle Police is ONCE again the topic of discussion over a recent video that’s surfaced showing an officer punching an African-American women in the face over an apparent gross violation of the law. She jaywalked.

Reports suggest, the officer, who I predict will be fired by the end of the week, asked a group of young ladies over to his patrol car, at which point they became “verbally antagonistic.”

One girl allegedly tried to walk away, and the officer grabbed her to escort her back to his patrol car; the other girl then attempted to separate the officer and the girl. So the officer punched her.

However, if being physically assaulted by an officer of the law, in a city where local authorities are increasingly showing a disregard for young black people, check out the DISGUSTING comments in youtube.com.

After at least 300 years of captivity, oppression, racism and repeatedly being treated like second class citizens in a country that was built on the back of slaves, and it appears that for every step we take forward we take two steps back.

Comments like, “That b*tch deserved it for not being in the kitchen,” and, “N*gger’s should listen to the white man! And do what they are told!!! it should be like the old days!!” are truly shameless.

While there’s no video showing what lead up this event, an officer of the law punching a women in the face, when there was no visible physical threat, in my eyes makes this entire situation inexcusable
