Dwyane Wade is officially split from his high school sweetheart and wife Siohvaughn Wade. Today, a Cook County judge finalized the divorce, despite Siohvaughn being a no show.
The judge also kept his previous order for Dwyane to have temporary custody of the couple's two young sons. Sioh's ninth lawyer says he's going to appeal.
When leaving the courthouse this morning, Dwyane commented:
"I feel relieved," said Wade, dressed in a dark blue pin-striped suit outside of Judge Marya Nega's courtroom.
"It's been a long, long process and to finally get this part behind us, I feel great, even though we still have more to get done," added the NBA star who played his high school ball at Richards High School in Oak Lawn.
