Rich Guy Tips Jermaine Dupri $4k Just For A Shoutout In Vegas
The rapper was spinning at TRYST nightclub at the Wynn Hotel on Saturday … when some super rich guy — known as “Su Su” — dropped $90k on a 15 liter bottle of Ace of Spade Rose Champagne … plus an extra $40k on other fancy booze.
Sources tell us club honchos were so thrilled about the purchase, they asked Dupri to give Su Su a special VIP shout out.
Dupri not only obliged … but he was so impressed with the purchase, he LET THE GUY REQUEST A SONG!! Which — if you’ve ever been to Vegas — never happens.
It gets better … “Su Su” was so thankful Dupri actually played his tune — Pitbull’s “Give Me Everything” — he stuffed an additional $3,800 cash in his pocket as a tip!
“Su Su” tells TMZ … he was “happy” to throw down the cash because he loves Jermaine and thinks he’s a “bomb” DJ.

The World’s First Flying Car Makes It’s Debut At New York Auto Show
The flying car — dubbed the Transition — was developed by Terrafugia Inc., a Woburn, Mass-based company. The vehicle has two seats, four wheels and wings that fold up so it can be driven like a car. It can reach around 70 miles per hour on the road and 115 in the air, using a 23-gallon tank of gas that burns 5 gallons per hour in the air, and gets around 35 miles per gallon on the ground. During the test flight on March 23, 2012, it flew for eight minutes at 1,400 feet.
According to reports, 100 people have already deposited $10,000 down on the first flying car.
MSRP $279,000

Things Rich Pple do AFTA they Die
Park Avenue Millionaire Dies And Leaves $1.5 Million To His Door Man And Chauffeur
A millionaire Park Avenue music mogul, lonely after his wife dumped him, repaid two faithful workers who gave him a shoulder to cry on by making them rich after his death. See this is official and it caught them by surprise too. We all know “a boss is one who guarantees we gon’ eat” and now they are good. Click below to find out more.

“I don’t know what to do exactly with the money, but one thing I know for sure — every year, I’m going to bring the guy some flowers at his grave,’’ said suddenly rich chauffeur Jean Laborde, who received $1 million, or 10 percent, from boss Alan Meltzer’s $10 million estate.
“He was always joking. He never looked down on anybody,’’ said Laborde, a 54-year-old father of five from Irvington, NJ. “He was such a nice guy. He left me money, but it’s not a good deal for me because it means he’s no longer here.’’
Upper East Side doorman Chamil Demiraj said he would be eternally grateful to Meltzer, too. Demiraj, of Midwood, Brooklyn, received about $500,000 from Meltzer’s will.
“I appreciate it,” Demiraj said. “He was a generous guy. He was a really good friend of mine, and I was a good friend of his. It’s a surprise. Peace and rest to him. That’s all I can say.”
Meltzer, 67, the colorful former head of the New York-based Wind-Up Records and a celebrity high-stakes poker player, died on Halloween, about a year after he and his wife, Diana, divorced after at least 13 years together and no kids.
The split denied his ex at least a guaranteed 33 percent of his estate. Not that she was mourning the loss of the money — or the man.
“He can leave it to whoever he wants to,” Diana sniffed to The Post of her lost fortune. “I’m doing fine. I could care less.
“If he wants to give it to the bums, he can give it to the bums. He could f–k a nun. I couldn’t give a s–t. He can give his money to whoever he wants. We’re divorced. The man is dead.”

Rihanna's 'Loud' tour brings in $90 Million Dollars
Rihanna worked her tail off in 2011 and it paid off big time. The singer's "Loud" tour grossed an incredible $90 million dollars, placing it at No. 9 among all tours for the year.
Riri battled through a brief hospitalization in November due to severe exhaustion to complete the 78 city, 6-month tour, which hit North America, South America and Europe.
The trek bested tours by heavy hitters such as Sade, Paul McCartney, Britney Spears, Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga and Katy Perry. The only female artist with a higher 2011 tour gross was Taylor Swift, who raked in $104 million to place 4th on the list.
Only one rap tour managed to crack the top 25. Jay-Z and Kanye West's "Watch The Throne" trek grossed $48.3 million to earn the No. 23 spot.
