Rumors have been running rampant that Kim Kardashian and new husband, Kris Humphries were headed for divorce court. Those rumors have now been confirmed.


TMZ is reporting that Kim is filing for divorce from Kris just 72 days after a lavish $10 million dollar wedding.


The date of separation is listed as today, Oct. 31, 2011. Kim has hired divorce lawyer Laura Wasser to handle her affairs.


The couple a prenuptial agreement which should make the divorce go fairly smoothly.

Former USC Running Back Reggie Bush returns Heisman

New Orleans Saint and Former USC running back Reggie Bush has announced that he has forfeited the 2005 Heisman Trophy,
Bush said in a statement, ""I have made the difficult decision to forfeit my title as Heisman winner of 2005."

USC's football program was sanctioned by the NCAA in June, and the school removed Bush's trophy after hiring a new athletic director.

Former University of Texas quarterback Vince Young, who finished second in the 2005 Heisman voting and now plays for the Tennessee Titans, said on Monday that he would "definitely" accept the trophy if the Heisman Trust awarded it to him.

The Whole scandal surrounding this investigation started when the NCAA found out that Reggie's parents were bought a new house and Reggie was being paid by booster's to live a lavish lifestyle.
