Obama's Complete Victory Speech: Obama Wins the 2012 Election (VIDEO)

After a tense and bitter campaign, President Obama rolled to reelection Tuesday night, winning a new chance to repair the nation’s economy and fulfill the promises of hope and change he made four years ago.

The networks called the race shortly after 11:10 p.m., as a series of swing states fell in rapid succession to give Obama the 270 electoral votes he needed to defeat Republican challenger Mitt Romney.

First Pennsylvania, then New Hampshire, Wisconsin, Iowa and Colorado fell to Obama. When Ohio was called for the incumbent, a roar went up at Obama’s Chicago headquarters.

President Obama sings Al Green: Let's stay together

Obama woke up out of bed with his swag turned up yesterday. At his reelection fundraiser at the Apollo Theater Obama busted out with a quick belt of Rev. Al Green’s “Let’s Stay Together.” He wasn’t half bad either. The crowd ate it up and thankfully Sandman did not show his face.

Mavericks Visit Obama At The White House

The first basketball fan usually roots for his hometown Chicago Bulls. But in an East Room ceremony Monday, he praised Ccach Rick Carlisle and Mavericks stars, including German-born forward Dirk Nowitzki, for defeating the Heat in six games last June. The victory was sweet revenge for Dallas after it blew an NBA Finals lead to the Heat five years earlier. The victory also upended the hope of Heat superstars LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh for a championship in their first year playing together.

HAPPY FATHERS DAY- (lessons from mine to me) by Hlaapi

Happy Fathers Day to all Fathers.

I would like to believe this is the most rewarding perennial day as a father.
Having the opportunity to look at your Kids and shed a tear of joy and fulfillment.

I was fortunate enough to have a good father in my life who was there everyday and did all he could to ensure i had the Best opportunity at anything and everything this world has to offer.

As the oldest in our Family i was held to a higher Standard than any of the other siblings, Unfortunately i didn't understand why till i had matured mentally.

I came to understand he was grooming me to be a Father at some stage of my life.
Woman shouldn't be left to raise Boys into Men,

He taught me how to be rational and think before acting,
Looking for solutions before worrying about the problem,
He taught me to value family more than any other thing in the world,
I learnt to value the growth of our community more than any of my personal achievements,
Knowing that everyday you make a decision that can change the path which your walking on towards prosperity.
Knowing God will lead you the right way every time.
Knowing no person accomplishment will make you a man,
Every conflict you encounter has a bigger picture designed by the way you react to that conflict.
Learning to let love and loved ones go on to make mistakes instead of having your hand on their shoulder every time.
Helping others and your friends become better people in turn makes you a better person.
Self worth should be measured by the wrinkles from laughter you have on your face.
Most importantly i learnt to use failure as a tool to propel towards success.

The roll of a Father in any Child's life is Critical underestimated.
Woman need Present active Fathers more than anything else.

Whether good or Bad your still a Father and one day your number will be called from the Bench to make a critical play that can shape your child's life.

I have the luck of having friends that are VERY Very good fathers.
I wouldn't be friends with any man who neglects his children as thou they don't exist.

I am who i am today all because my father was active in shaping my life on a day to day bases,

Fatherless to Fatherhood- Quality Time

I know i've posted this video before but you gotta realize this little is not reading a script,
Evidently the father is and has been very active in her life for them to reach the level they are at to sing this song.
This video below means a lot

Donald gets Trumped by The Prezi

If Donald trump still thinks he can run for President and win he is a fool.
Obama asks him to get focus on more serious issues like finding biggie and Tupac
Since he got Obama to present his birth certificate.
Obama goes on to clown Trump about making tough decisions like firing Lil Jon, Meatloaf or Gary Busey, LOL.

Maryland had hired Armed Guards At Unemployment offices

The state of Maryland has hired armed guards to patrol all unemployment offices as the end of unemployment benefits for thousands of unemployed residents draws near.
No specific incidents prompted the action said Department of Workforce Development spokesman Marc Lotter, according to 6News’ Norman Cox.
Lotter said the agency is merely being cautious due to the approach of an early-December deadline when thousands of Indiana residents could see their unemployment benefits end after exhausting the maximum 99 weeks provided through multiple federal extension periods.
“Given the upcoming expiration of the federal extensions and the increased stress on some of the unemployed, we thought added security would provide an extra level of protection for our employees and clients,” he said.
Meanwhile, U.S. President Barack Obama has no events on his schedule today after non-stop campaigning to try and stem the Democratic bloodletting that will occur when millions of disenchanted voters go to the polls tomorrow.
A new Gallup poll finds an unprecedented enthusiasm gap favoring Republicans in the midterm elections.
In a recent CNN poll, 75% of Americans say things are going badly — the highest percentage since the question was first asked in the mid-1970s.

Conversation with President Obama

This aired on B.E.T the other night

The town hall event, which took place in Washington before an audience of approximately 250 young people “representing a broad spectrum of backgrounds, interests and political viewpoints”, offered a question and answer session with the President on some important issues, including education, the economy and healthcare.

It also provided an opportunity for viewers to submit questions and express their hopes and fears. Two concerns raised included the fear that America is becoming a communist nation and that President Obama would be reelected. He used those comments to stress that ultimately we all share many of the same goals and should work together to ensure they are met: “This is an example of how our political rhetoric gets spun up. The internet and Twitter and all these things are very powerful but it also means sometimes that instead of having a dialogue, we just start calling … each other names, and that’s true on the left or the right. That’s something I think we’ve got to avoid,” he said
