10 Days In Jail For 10 Pounds Of Marijuana
An Illinois man caught driving through South Dakota with 10 pounds of marijuana in his car was ordered to serve 10 days in jail, although the felony possession could have earned him up to 15 years in prison.
Jonathan Zupkus, 37, of east central Donovan, Ill. pleaded guilty to possessing more than 10 pounds of the drug after being arrested Aug. 26 during a routine traffic stop near Rapid City, the Chicago Tribune reports.
Judge Jeff Davis of the 7th Circuit Court " target="_hplink">granted Zupkus' request for a suspended imposition of sentence, which will eventually seal the felony arrest, according to the Rapid City Journal. Zupkus requested the suspension because he frequently works as a "figure model" in schools.
Davis sentenced Zupkus to 90 days in jail, but gave him credit for six days previously served, suspending all but 10 days, the Journal reports. Zupkus must also complete obtain a sponsor at Narcotics Anonymous, complete a chemical dependency evaluation and submit to random drug testing.

GQ Man of the YEAR
Jay-Z has been crowned “King of the Year” by GQ in the magazine’s annual “Men of the Year” issue, sharing the cover with Justin Timberlake, Jimmy Fallon, and Mila Kunis, among others. The dad-to-be opens up about his love for art, dealing with Kanye West’s perfectionism while working on Watch the Throne, the emotional scars left by his “superhero” father, and whether he’ll be putting a car seat in the Maybach.
On Kanye’s obsession with perfection: “I think he just can’t help himself. He puts so much into everything, and he’s like, ‘You have to treat it like I treat it.’ It drives you crazy sometimes—like when you’ve put seventy-five versions of a snare on one song and he’s like, ‘No!’ and you’re like, ‘Come on, man.’”
On the concept of “Ni**as in Paris”: “It’s not, like, ‘We’re here! We’re balling harder than everybody. It’s like, ‘I’m shocked that we’re here.’ Still being amazed, still not being jaded. Having so much fun and then stopping and saying, ‘What are we doing here? How did we get here?’”
On announcing his child at the VMAs: “It was actually Bey who wanted to [announce] it. You want to be in control of your life.”
On his relationship with his late father: “If your dad died before you were born, yeah, it hurts—but it’s not like you had a connection with something that was real. Not to say it’s any better—but to have that connection and then have it ripped away was, like, the worst. My dad was such a good dad that when he left, he left a huge scar. He was my superhero.”
On whether he’ll play his music for his child: “There will be a lot of that. And a lot of other records, all pivotal, important records. There’ll be Ready to Die, there’ll be Illmatic.”
On changing diapers: “Of course, of course. One hundred percent.”
On putting a car seat in the Maybach: “Yeah. Wouldn’t that be great? That would be a great picture.”

Trey Songz on DJ Whoo Kid (VIDEO)
Trey Songz spent some time on the air with DJ Whoo Kid on Sirius XM’s Shade 45 recently to talk about his new album, new records, being a sex symbol, making babies and a lot more!
Is Trey responsible for babies being made?
Did Trey Songz really get in the studio with Dr. Dre and Jay-Z? Will there be another Nicki Minaj collabo? How did Trey and Fabolous become so close?

T.O pays Up
Terrell Owens is no longer a wanted man ... because he's anted up on his back child support payment ... TMZ has learned.
As we first reported, a California judge issued an arrest warrant last week after T.O. was a no-show at a child support hearing. T.O. -- who was behind child support -- had been trying to reduce his payments, claiming he just doesn't make the big bucks anymore.
The lawyer for Monique Reynolds, the baby's mother, tells TMZ, "Terrell Owens has today paid his child support obligation to Monique Reynolds, and Ms. Reynolds has requested that the Court dismiss her contempt motion and recall the associated warrant that was issued."
We're told the arrest warrant will be recalled today. As for reducing T.O.'s child support payments, that hearing is pending.
