DMX vs DJ WHOO KID on the WHOOLYWOOD SHUFFLE

The legendary DMX stopped by Shade 45 to speak with DJ Whoo Kid.

How's it feel to be a legend in hip hop? Why did DMX want to give some of his album sales proceeds to a 9/11 Fund?? How does DMX feel about his old rap friends? When's the last time DMX spoke with Nas or Jay-Z? How does DMX manage to still stay relevant? Does DMX still deliver prayers? Why does DMX like Machine Gun Kelly so much?? Will we see DMX doing any more movies? How does DMX feel about
Drake working on Aaliyah's project? Does DMX still have beef with Ja Rule?
Does DMX really have a crush on Ciara?

Snoop Dogg Arrested In Texas

TMZ has reported that Snoop’s tour bus was stopped at a border checkpoint in West Texas. During the Border Patrol agents’ routine search of the bus, a K-9 reacted to something in a waste basket. Police said they found a prescription bottle with several joints inside, adding up to just under half an ounce of marijuana. According to TMZ.com, Snoop claimed responsibility for the marijuana since he has a prescription in California, but Texas has a zero-tolerance policy. He was issued a citation for misdemeanor drug possession and released, but will face up to 180 days in jail.

BIG SEAN TAKES PLEA DEAL IN SEXUAL MISCONDUCT CASE

In August, Big Sean was arrested in New York after a young woman made a complaint against him to police claiming she had been sexually assaulted. The charges resulting from the arrest were forcible touching, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, and third degree sex abuse. Well, now it looks like the issue has been resolved.

Yesterday, Big Sean accepted a deal for a lesser charge, pleading guilty to a misdemeanor for unlawful imprisonment. For his guilty plea, he was ordered to pay a $750 dollar fine, which he did immediately. His lawyer, Scott Leemon, told XXL:

I am pleased to announce that after further investigation the Niagra County District Attorney’s Office decided not to pursue any of the sexual misconduct allegations against Mr. Anderson. As a result in order to get this entire ordeal behind him Mr. Anderson agreed to plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge of unlawful imprisonment with a $750 fine. Mr. Anderson regrets any misunderstandings that occurred that day and reiterates he did not engage in any type of sexual misconduct.

According to XXL, the second man involved in the incident, a friend of Big Sean, accepted the same plea deal.

Pablo -- famous for hits like "Freak-A-Leek" and "Raise Up" -- had pleaded guilty to possessing a stolen firearm in a North Carolina courtroom. T.I gets released again

According to TMZ, T.I. was released from an Atlanta federal lock up back to the same halfway house where staffers snitched on him to the feds about his reality TV series. As you know, the bureau of prisons sent T.I. back to prison on September 2nd for breaking their rules regarding contact with the public while in transit on a luxury bus from an Arkansas facility to the halfway house in Atlanta. T.I.’s lawyer, Steve Sadow, tells TMZ, “We have good reason to believe that this favorable result was reached because of the proactive and assertive approach taken to protect T.I.’s rights by providing B.O.P. officials and the media with reliable and accurate information and that T.I. did not intend to violate his transfer furlough or any other B.O.P. rules en route from the prison facility in Arkansas to the halfway house in Atlanta.”
Sadow adds, “T.I. will be released from custody on Sept. 29, and then will be supervised by the U.S. Probation Office for a period of 1 year.” Hopefully T.I. can put this sorry chapter of his life behind him and get back to doing what he does best.

WTF...T.I Back in Jail after 24hrs..... SMH.....

According to published reports, rapper T.I. was moved to the federal Penitentiary in Atlanta on Thursday, one day after being released from an Arkansas prison where he served 11 months for violating his probation. The rapper’s lawyer Steve Sadow told The Associated Press that the Federal Bureau of Prisons “moved T.I. to a different facility” because of an issue involving the rapper’s mode of transportation from Arkansas to Atlanta in a gleaming motor coach. But back in December 2009, a similar customized tour bus was hired to transport T.I. from the same Arkansas prison where he served seven months on federal weapons charges to a halfway house in Atlanta. So the issue isn’t so much the luxury tour bus, but what occurred on board the tour bus that prison officials objected to. On August 31, 2011 — the day T.I. was released from that same Arkansas facility into that same halfway house in Atlanta via the same mode of transportation as the last time — a custom tour bus, an industry veteran reached out to Sandrarose.com and asked, “Does it make sense that VH1 put out a press release about a reality show before T.I. was even back in Atlanta?” No, it didn’t make any sense. Apparently, it didn’t make sense to the feds either. According to a well-connected source within the legal community in Atlanta, the feds “had no idea” that T.I. was the subject of a reality show.

BIG BOI ARRESTED FOR DRUG POSSESSION

The jailhouse door never stops revolving for Hip Hop’s drug culture. Two weeks ago, rap artist Waka Flocka was busted in Queens, NY on drug possession charges. Then last week, emerging rap star Big Sean was arrested for an alleged sexual assault. The latest Hip Hop star to catch a federal drug charge is Big Boi, one half of the Grammy award winning duo Outkast.
Antwan “Big Boi” Patton was arrested in Miami this afternoon on drug possession charges as he exited a cruise ship.
Reportedly, passengers had complained about the sweet aroma of chronic filling the air outside the rooms of the entourage that traveled with Patton and his family. So when the cruise ship arrived back at the port of Miami, drug sniffing dogs were waiting for them.

According to published reports, Patton was charged with three felony counts of possession of Ecstasy pills, MDMA powder (the main ingredient of Ecstasy), Viagra pills, for which he did not have a prescription, and drug paraphernalia.
Patton, 36, was booked into the Pre-Trial Detention Center in Miami earlier today where he was held on $16,000 bail. He posted bail this afternoon, before tweeting, “Fresh Out Baby!

Gucci Mane Released From Jail,Immediately Hits Up Strip Club

Gucci Mane wasted no time getting back into the swing of things following his release from Fulton County jail yesterday.

AllHipHop reports Gucci partied last night at Club Onyx, an Atlanta strip joint. The 1017 Brick Squad CEO also dropped a new mixtape “Writings on the Wall 2.”

Gucci had been locked up since April following numerous probation violations stemming from a 2005 aggravated assault case. Most recently Gucci was accused of pushing a woman out of his moving car after she refused to have sex for money with him. His attorney Ashutosh Joshi told MTV yesterday that his client's probation from that 2005 case would be completed once he was released.
